PROFORMER CLASSES
The Proformer class will combine the core strengthening and therapeutic benefits of Pilates with the toning and sculpting benefits of weight training in a dynamic, high-intensity format known as Lagree Fitness. Lagree Fitness (formerly referred to as SPX Fitness or Pilates Plus) is the most innovative approach to full body conditioning because it integrates the key elements of resistance and counter resistance training in a sequence that keeps your heart rate elevated, while providing a low risk of injury. The key is the patented Proformer, created by celebrity fitness trainer Sebastien Lagree. Unlike the reformer that is used in traditional pilates, the Proformer enables you to perform a much more complex selection of exercises, but eliminates the pressure on your joints and spine. Other benefits of the workout are increased muscular strength and endurance, increased metabolic rate, improved posture, better balance and flexibility, improved cardiovascular efficiency, and improved overall body composition.

TRX & KETTLEBELL CLASSES
The goal of our TRX & Kettlebell workouts are to drive results by using functional tools that challenge you in ways traditional machine training cannot. The workouts are geared towards building strength, endurance, power, balance, agility, speed, stability, and flexibility without the requirement of lifting heavy weights and risking injury. The use of this equipment gives every muscle group the intensity needed to truly develop a lean athletic shape and ultimately allow you to lead a healthier life. We also offer a variety of strength & conditioning classes to accommodate all needs and abilities.
TRX Suspension Trainer: The TRX (stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise) is a bodyweight training system that allows its user to improve stability, strength, balance, and mobility in an easy to use method that offers hundreds of exercise combinations. This tool can be incredibly effective in delivering an intense and challenging workout to all fitness levels. This is one of the main training tools that the U.S. Armed Forces and professional athletes have now adopted to stay in shape.
Russian Kettlebells: The kettlebell’s most notable training benefits include building great core strength, improved muscular power, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular conditioning. The design of the kettlebell allows for seamless transitions through exercise combinations without having to change equipment or positioning. This allows users to complete a higher volume of work in a shorter period of time resulting in much greater caloric expenditure.
Sandbells & Battling Ropes: The sandbell combines all of the benefits of sandbags & dumbbells in one tool. They offer a weight that is not fixed like a traditional dumbbell which forces the body to have to work and stabilize continuously through every exercise due to the constant moving and shifting of the weight. This provides a much more functional workout along with building better core strength and stability. Battling or “Undulating” ropes have been recognized in the world of strength & conditioning as an amazing tool for building muscular power, core strength, and cardiovascular conditioning. The high intensity/short burst dynamic movement patterns that are performed with these heavy ropes serve as the perfect cardio burst during your strength workout. These tools are guaranteed to add a new dimension to your training program!
CORE FUSION CLASS
This workout combines a high intensity session on the Proformer with a circuit based workout using the TRX, kettlebells, and various other tools to give you the most diversified training experience available. Cross training helps prevent injury, allows for greater overall strength and helps improve overall body function and performance.
