STUDIO POLICY
- *All scheduling of classes is done through our online appointment system. In order to sign-up for your classes (including your FREE FIRST CLASS), you must register online. You will be asked to create an account and will be required to provide a credit card to keep on file. It is your responsibility to ensure that your credit card on file is valid. If your card expires, your account will be put on hold until it is updated.
- *FIRST CLASS IS FREE! After you create your account, go to the Online Store and add your first class to your account. This will credit your account and allow you to sign up for one class at no charge to you.
- *All classes must be prepaid online before you are able to sign up for a class.
- *All monthly passes and contracts start on the date of purchase and allows you to take only ONE CLASS per day. The cost for adding an additional class per day is $15 per class.
- *We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. For UNLIMITED PASS HOLDERS (includes AM Pass): all class cancellations and/or schedule changes must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class in order to avoid a $20 No Show Fee or $10 Late Cancel Fee. If you cancel less than 3 hours prior to your scheduled class, it will be considered a No Show and you will be charged $20. For CLASS PACKAGES AND 1x/2x PER WEEK PASS HOLDERS: If you do not attend a class or cancel at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class, you will not be charged a fee, but will forfeit your class. You can opt to pay the Late Cancel or No Show fee instead of forfeiting your class. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
- *All contracts require you to sign a consecutive 3 or 6 month commitment authorizing automatic payment of the monthly fee every month. Your contract start date must be the date of contract purchase. If you select another date, we will manually change the date back to the date of purchase.
- *You can put a contract on hold at no charge once per year for up to 90 days; thereafter, there will be a $50 hold fee. There is a $200 cancellation fee to cancel your contract.
- *All purchases are final. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- *Classes and instructors are subject to change without notice. You are paying for the class, not the instructor. Check the online class schedule for current class schedule.
- *Walk-ins are welcomed, but there is no guarantee that a spot will be available so we recommend you sign up for classes in advance. If there is no one signed up at least 3 hours prior to the start of a scheduled class, we reserve the right to cancel class.
- *In an effort to limit any disruption to a class already in session, if you do not arrive to class within 10 minutes after the start of class, you will lose your spot in that class – regardless if someone is on the waiting list or not – and it will be treated as a NO SHOW for class.
